The space
Length × breadth in feet is perfectly good. Pacing a room out beats leaving it blank.
Where it is
For the visit only. Never published.
Pictures

The single most useful thing you can send. Each room as it stands now, from the doorway, with the lights on. If you've saved anything you like — a photograph, a screenshot, a page out of a magazine — send that too. It tells us more about what you want than a paragraph can.

Up to about 10 images or PDFs. You can also send them on WhatsApp instead — usually easier from a phone.

Look and budget

A range is fine. Telling us early means we design to the right specification instead of one you'd have to cut back.
