Tell us about your project

Photographs, rough measurements and what you want done. That is enough for us to come back with a sensible costing — and the estimate and the site visit cost you nothing either way.

Step 02We call to fill in the gaps, usually the same working day.
Step 03We visit and measure, then put an estimate in writing.
Step 04Scope, materials and staged payments agreed before work starts.

What kind of work

Pick the closest one. If it's really two of them — an extension plus a new interior, say — pick the bigger job and tell us the rest further down.

Which part of the property

Tick everything in scope. If it's the whole building, the first box on its own is enough.

Dimensions

Rough is fine — pacing a room out is better than leaving it blank. We measure properly at the site visit.

Length × breadth in feet is perfectly good. Anything you can give here saves a visit.
Where it is
For the site visit only. Never published.
Optional, and it saves a phone call.
Pictures

This is the single most useful thing you can send. For a renovation: each room as it stands, plus the front of the house. For a new build: the plot from the road and from each corner. For a design job: the space now, and anything you've saved that you like. Existing plans or drawings are welcome too.

Up to about 10 images or PDFs. You can also send them on WhatsApp instead — usually easier from a phone.

Budget and timing

A range is fine. Telling us early means we price the right specification instead of one you'd have to cut back.

We are not a lender. We only help with paperwork and explain the options.
